Result: secured price lock down for 1 year for all 3M products across the division. - Saved $560K by creating position instructions and working on site nationally/globally to identify/secure Indirect Materials Savings. - Considered freight presentations from UPS, Fed Ex, and 6 other companies during team meeting at North Carolina headquarters.
