Previous process was inefficient due to its requirement to query millions of records in the underly subsystem tables from day one for each batch and to retain the underlying data indefinitely in order to calculate LTD amounts. Developed a new hybrid trial balance reconciliation report at an aggregated account and inventory/cusip transactional level. Currently leveraged by various finance groups within Wholesale and slated to be released into FACS production environment. Served as key member of Broadridge Taskforce which sought to develop a deeper understanding of the Broadridge Impact and BPSA systems as well as discovering the root causes of reporting issues revealed through a new hybrid reconciliation report. Worked with Finance and FACS Information Technology to deliver enhancements or modifications to the reporting and reconciliation of (a) Interest Income and Expense, (b) Interest Receivable and Payable, (c) Realized Profit and Loss, (d) Break Match Logic, (e) Paydown adjustments, (f) Floating point adjustments and (g) logic specific to addressing the accurate reporting of TBA (To Be Allocated) assets. Developed and automated the creation and delivery (email and share drive) of multiple managerial reports for finance to include a hybrid trial balance reconciliation report. Responsible for the overall maintenance of in house applications, web servers, sql servers and reporting servers used in supporting equipment refresh and break/fix initialives.Key Achievements and Contributions:  Led the build and deployment HP Proliant G5 servers (SQL Server, Web Server, SQL Reporting Services Server and Test Server as part of a move into a data center currently located in Switzerland to support Bank of America refresh contract work.  Facilitated the creation of a MeetMe VPN network connection between specific SQL servers between HP and Bank of America to allow push/pull data flows between systems in support of desktop/server refresh and break/fix contract work.  Facilitated the provisioning of public IPs and HOST names to allow access to tools specifically created to support Bank of America refresh and break/fix contract work via the World Wide Web. Developed new web based tools to support BofA’s Global Wealth Management Services (Merrill Lynch) equipment refresh programs which allowed for and facilitated high level monitoring, inventory tracking, issue tracking and escalations during refresh work. This system replaced the manual process, which frequently introduced human error and resulted in major improvements in the overall ordering experience and accuracy.  Developed new web based asset-tracking system to manage and track company owned assets assigned to field technicians who refreshed Bank of America retail banking centers utilizing VB.net, ASP.net, Javascript, SQL Server 2000-2005 and Crystal Reports (later converted to Microsoft Reporting Services).  Developed task action request system (TAR) in Classic ASP, VB, Javascript and Crystal Reports (later converted to Microsoft Reporting Services) with SQL Server 2000-2005 backend to replace manual excel process which provided centralized management of client requests for action and automatically escalated and routed actions requiring further attention for upper management or designated escalation members. System later converted to ASP.Net. Developed a web based disposal and lease return tracking system to facilitate the return of leased equipment deployed by Hewlett Packard to Bank of America enterprise and retail banking locations as well as reconcile those assets upon return and receipt by HP Financial Services. Later modified the system to accommodate login based on country and support global lease return and disposal initiatives to align each country into within the same agreed upon process and tool set.
