The Manufacturing Optimization Support Manager is responsible for leading a pool ofanalysts tasked with the consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of reporting, data, analytics,systems, and process support to the various scheduling, and Commercial teams. In addition, the role is responsible for leading the confirms and commercial advisory teams to ensure compliantand robust contract control execution for Motiva.*Develop key reports, metrics, KPI’s and dashboards in support of Manufacturing Optimization and commercial supply teams.*Develop and maintain tools used for the accurate tracking om Motiva’s P&L in the Commercial Supply space.*Provide day-to-day Support to Commercial Supply teams from the supply coordination, scheduling, Master Data, Risk, and Settlements perspective.*Manage RightAngle transactions and understand how to model logistics, storage, andother relevant activities to the Manufacturing Optimization teams*Liaise with legal and compliance teams for steer on the deal structures and contractual language used for Motiva Hydrocarbon purchases and sales.

* Develop key reports, metrics, KPI’s and dashboards in support of supply and trading operations which provide key business insights using Power Automate, Power Query, PowerBi , and alternative automation tools. * Translate outputs from tool kits into key insights that can be translated into tactical actions or long-term projects and strategic plans for execution * Identify key areas for improvement that will result in cost reduction, margin uplift, and efficient operations from an end-to-end perspective * Work with Commercial Teams (Commercial Logistics, Business Development, Fuel Sales and Marketing), on analyzing and executing business opportunities * Deliver projects and initiatives in support of the clean products operations and commercial logistics teams * Support Clean Products leadership in understanding current performance and state of Supply Chain * Communicate results, insights, and action plans as either a leader or a participant in cross-functional meetings involving operational and commercial teams * As a systems and process superuser, support the day-to-day needs of clean products, crude, feedstocks and chemicals groups from a scheduling, Maser Reference Data, risk, and settlements perspective * Master front and back-office aspects of RightAngle with emphasis on deals.
