As President and CEO of ECCI, I have been providing strategic communications, issue management and stakeholder relations’ counsel to a wide range of organizations in the energy, energy from waste, oil and gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors for more than 25 years.Previous to establishing my own consultancy practice, I worked with a large international public relations firm where I assisted in developing the firm’s newly formed environment practice group. In addition, I bring 10 years’ experience with one of North America’s leading electric utilities where I worked in a variety of environment and corporate relations portfolios, including adviser to its Chairman/CEO.ECCI has a proven ability to apply its more than 25 years of experience to the design of effective and responsible stakeholder engagement programs. These services have included virtually every aspect of the efforts to proactively identify, coordinate and engage project stakeholders about project plans, their implications and the measures being taken to address stakeholders’ concerns. ECCI‘s work has been recognized by the National Energy Board and it has been instrumental in the positive outcomes of a wide variety of challenging business initiatives.
