I am an Administrative and Training Administration Leader with extensive experience in organising and coordinating training programmes, courses, events, curriculum development, competency frameworks and training roadmaps in industries relating to Medical, Surgical and Mental Health Education. Over the course of my career, I have developed professional exposure to international settings across the UK, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Philippines, and Cambodia.Additionally, I have an outstanding track record in identifying training needs and learning gaps with notable successes in Community, Corporate and Government engagement My professional experience has taught me to continually think outside the box. To always look at tasks and projects and know that although daunting, there usually is a way to get the projects done and think carefully about how you will do this, and as you get going, and tasks are completed, it gradually becomes doable. My experiences have also taught me not to be hasty or hasten to come to a quick and unpractical solution.
