Lead Information Technology Engineer
Current- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor and manage KOS managed service platforms daily, including our RMM tools and Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions; act as “first responder” to all critical alarms on an on-call rotation, including escalations.
- Receive escalations from Knight Office help desk technicians, Level I & II Managed Services Technicians and from the NOC, and escalate issues per Knight Office guidelines to Lead Information Technology Engineer.
- Perform installs for all PC hardware and software, basic unmanaged network equipment, and other peripherals as requested; perform installs of managed network equipment including basic router/firewall devices, wireless.
- Install and support cloud based server, mail and folder services (Microsoft Azure, Office365, e-Folder etc.).
- Perform managed service client onboarding under the direction of Lead Information Technology Engineer.
