Arthur E. Morris, P.E., president of Utility Solutions, Inc. and Keystone National Alliance, Inc., has over forty years of experience in the public and private sector. Mr. Morris currently assists clients with their energy commodity procurement, energy savings solutions and business development needs. He formally served as Board Chair of the Sustainable Energy Fund of Central Eastern Pennsylvania and as Board Chair of Green Connexions, a fully owned, for-profit, subsidiary of SEFCEP. For twenty years, Morris served the City of Lancaster in various capacities including City Engineer, Public Works Director and Mayor (from 1980-1990). He was formerly the president of Acer Engineers & Consultants, Lancaster, and a research executive for Public Technology, Inc. in Washington, D.C.Morris is the former Chair of the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority. He is, also, the former Chair of the NRC’s Advisory Committee for the Decontamination of Three Mile Island. He served as the president of the Pennsylvania League of Cities, and as a board member of the National League of Cities, and Public Technology, Inc. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an Honorary Doctor of Science from Franklin and Marshall College.Morris was a charter member of the Martin Luther King Scholarship Committee and Lancaster Economic Action for Downtown’s Success (LEADS). Morris is also a member and shareholder in Uptown Lancaster Economic Development Co., a minority business corporation in the city.
