Palate Partners is the associated school, and Soriee Partners is the associated trucking company.I assisted the owner in all tasks, ranging from purchase orders, processing both retail and licensee orders through the state, applying for codes and upholding correspondence with the Liquor Control Board (PLCB), maintaining pricing with the state and ensuring price and inventory accuracy on our website, maintaining the Wine of the Every Other Month Club program, managing all orders for Limited Winery products and developing a system for processing those orders, assembling and invoicing gifts for both individuals and corporations, ordering office supplies, speaking and pouring wine for clients at classes and events, invoicing restaurants, distributors and warehouses on behalf of Soiree Partners, answering phones, assisting customers in person, via phone, and via email, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks through Quickbooks.When the owners would travel out of the country, I was the primary decision maker and point of contact for employees and customers.The primary purpose of my role is to be able to perform almost any task, and to be redundancy for not only the owner, but for almost any other employee, which ranged from making deliveries to restaurants and state stores, to creating marketing material and creating newsletter emails.
