Applied 6 Sigma and other QE tools to the 767 quality history. Analyzed the discrepancies, and applied corrections to the applicable 777 engineering designs. Provided Quality related information to the Design Build Teams for Pass. & Cargo Doors, Escape Slides, Interiors, passenger systems, Water, Waste, Lavs, Galleys, and Cargo handling Systems. Also implemented a First Article Color and Appearance control process with "Color Engineering". This reduced "A/C Delivery exceptions over 90% on the 777 until I retired.

As part of the Logistics support for the assigned aircraft programs. Provided Quality and Reliability Engineering analysis to any discovered deficiencies, and any necessary corrective action. Provided Corrective Action analysis to Engineering and the Customers. Included were all L-M and supplier components. Tracked component/part reliability, supplying periodic reports. LM 1965-1974, Corrective action supporting the MRB function, Change control, on P-3 and L-1011 production. QE on the build of the L-286 rigid Rotor helicopter including certification. 19 years total.

Quality Engineer writing the Build & Inspections of the Structures, Mechanisms, & Electronic packaging assemblies for the Voyager (MJS-77) Space Craft. Performed Supplier Quality System Audit, and Source inspected many Voyager components and assemblies. Validated assembly design status to the Program Manager.

Performed Flight Line and field (medium-heavy) maintenance on CH-34A Medium Cargo Helicopters in support of US and NATO operations in Europe.
