As a technical leader at Payco, I have the responsibility of leading and supporting a team of developers in developing innovative solutions. I coordinate projects, establish technical guidelines and promote a collaborative work environment. At Payco, I had the opportunity to work across the entire software development flow, from conception and planning to the final stages of market deployment. During this period, I acquired experience and knowledge in several essential technologies for the development of robust and efficient solutions.In my work, I used continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to ensure quality and agility in the development process. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with Kubernetes, a fundamental tool for container orchestration and scalable application management.On the backend, I used the Kotlin language, which provided me with a highly productive programming experience, combining simplicity and conciseness with powerful features. Additionally, I worked with the Quarkus framework, which offers an agile and efficient environment for developing cloud-native Java applications.
