As a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist, my task was to develop the European Supply Chain, focusing on key areas such as Packaging, Promotional Accessories, and POS Merchandising. I contributed to defining the procurement strategy, identifying and qualifying suppliers, developing partnerships, conducting negotiations and cost analysis, as well as monitoring performance to enhance continuous improvement. My role also led me to work on risk assessment, implement quality assurance and quality control, and promote various expertise internally and to the clients.Operating autonomously within an international organization and reporting to the Supply Chain Director based in Hong Kong, I significantly contributed to the development and implementation of strategic processes and tools, thereby facilitating coordination among various internal and external stakeholders, including Project Managers, the Design Office, Quality, and production partners. Additionally, I significantly contributed to strengthening our international client relationships, both in terms of project development and in promoting our technical prowess.

Studio Cabouat is a Set-Design agency specialized in creating scenography for fashion photography. Based on briefs and mood boards, the agency designs, manufactures, and provides sets for photo and video shoots. Working in collaboration with Sylvain Cabouat (the agency's director), my role was to manage the sets throughout the entire process, from the initial stages of design and fabrication to the actual shooting. During this experience, I had the opportunity to work with renowned photographers such as Peter Lindbergh, Ellen von Unwerth, Jamie Hawkesworth, Andreas Larsson, and others.

They offer extensive expertise in retail design (concept design, furniture and layout, point-of-sale advertising, etc.), as well as in the design and development of parks and areas for children.My role was to strengthen the company's technical capabilities by leading technical design, supplier management, production monitoring, and installation. Dolex is a French based company specializing in the design and manufacturing of clamping tools (vises, locking pliers, and others). My work within this company focused on production improvement by targeting:- The redesign of physically demanding workstations (ergonomic analysis, workflow reorganization, implementation of suitable tools).- The automation of part of the production process (operations harmonization, machine automation, reduction of operator work time).I also contributed to the development of the new "Locking Pliers" range (feasibility studies, technical design, drafting, prototyping, product validation, and production launch).

Stronglight was founded in 1906 and is one of the leading and oldest European manufacturers of components and spare parts for the bicycle industry.My role within this company focused on optimizing the manufacturing process of bicycle fenders through polymer extrusion. I especially worked on the classification and improvement of manufacturing tools, as well as the optimization of tasks and production flows.
