As a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist, my task was to develop the European Supply Chain, focusing on key areas such as Packaging, Promotional Accessories, and POS Merchandising. I contributed to defining the procurement strategy, identifying and qualifying suppliers, developing partnerships, conducting negotiations and cost analysis, as well as monitoring performance to enhance continuous improvement. My role also led me to work on risk assessment, implement quality assurance and quality control, and promote various expertise internally and to the clients.Operating autonomously within an international organization and reporting to the Supply Chain Director based in Hong Kong, I significantly contributed to the development and implementation of strategic processes and tools, thereby facilitating coordination among various internal and external stakeholders, including Project Managers, the Design Office, Quality, and production partners. Studio Cabouat is a Set-Design agency specialized in creating scenography for fashion photography. Based on briefs and mood boards, the agency designs, manufactures, and provides sets for photo and video shoots. Working in collaboration with Sylvain Cabouat (the agency's director), my role was to manage the sets throughout the entire process, from the initial stages of design and fabrication to the actual shooting. During this experience, I had the opportunity to work with renowned photographers such as Peter Lindbergh, Ellen von Unwerth, Jamie Hawkesworth, Andreas Larsson, and others.
