Current- Leading a diverse team responsible to customize and onboard SkillLab's solution to clients and partners across a diverse set of sectors/industries and geographies (30+ countries)- Monitor and evaluate the impact of SkillLab's product in the field. Responsible for updating and evolving our Theory of Change and Impact Measurement & Metrics- Team responsible to be SkillLab's eyes and ears on the field, bringing important product, customer experience and strategy insights to AmsterdamAlso: main responsible for strategic retreats design and delivery for the whole company, as well as organizational development co-lead (topics as performance management, rewards and benefits, diversity & inclusion, team leadership)
