Our team built and soft launched a functioning financial product in partnership with Dwolla and Plaid. This product allowed groups to form and fund theirs social events within one simple page. Contributions, group balance, and withdrawals were visible to all members. The intent of the application was to help plan group trips, events, and pool money together seamlessly, with a visually intuitive interface that created positive social pressure without the hassle.

Gulu Uganda

Pitched, developed, and implemented staff performance structure with measurements, including public accountability numbers and Tableau data visuals. Manage 124 employees and beneficiaries to fulfill all production PO's, import supplies, stock inventory, and ship to international markets.Led Uganda team to increase output over 10%, while reducing YOY supply purchases by 4% in 2015Oversaw and implemented strategy in integrating budding knit program into Ugandan location. This program now employs 18 beneficiaries and 4 staff.Reduced asset consumption from an average over 110% to average below 98% through accountability measures and staff-restructure.• Responsible for all hiring and firing of production staff in Uganda.

Oversaw the production output and quality of 40 women. As a volunteer at KKU I assisted the staff to make sure production was met, and the quality was up to par. This involved working with 40 women on their production, helping allocate yarn, and assisting with the shipping process when it was time to ship.
