- Currently providing second level support wordwide for Conditional Access System (CAS).- Worked with Multiscreen service, including the deployment and support of highly complex On Demand Digital TV services, which feature multiple Application Severs, Web Servers, Databases, all managed in a high-available mode with the necessary redundancy. Acting also as deployment manager, knowledge transfer to regional team, bringing technical expertise, collaborating in test strategy and collaboration with R&D.- Deployed OTT solution from scratch for Brazilian Pay-Tv Operator.- Deployed CAS solutions from scratch for Belgian and Spanish Pay-Tv Operators.-Direct contact with customers at all levels.-Remote and on-site development, support and maintenance for a worldwide customer base of industry leading media companies. Oracle RAC & single instance databases, MongoDB, Linux, AIX, VMWare, Red Hat Cluster, Apache, NGINX, Puppet, Java, HP EVA SANs-Working with digital TV (DVB) system, performing new CAS installations, system upgrades, network maintenance and customer support for South America Region.

I started as a volunteer and became a System Administrator (Senior). At the beginning the main activities was to maintain the computer lab (hardware and software) about 120 desktop. After a few years I started doing activities more complex, such as: dealing with the major systems which includes the file server, authentication server, firewall, intranet apps, network etc. Due to the need of modernization and to keep the university growth we had to deploy a new platform, it was a big change, everything went fine. It gave me a solid background.
