Ensure client’s needs and satisfaction comes first.Responsible for successfully managing assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution.Perform client billable support services, including advising clients with respect to collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).Perform all Relativity database functions, including designing and loading databases, assigning security, configuring and applying TAR and analytics.Provide consulting to attorneys and clients on eDiscovery issues in consultation with Litigation Support management.Work with Litigation Support management to ensure that case teams are using appropriate, innovative, efficient, and cost-effective technologies to manage the discovery process.Manage clients on a project basis to assure that high-quality data deliverables and services are provided within negotiated schedules and budgets.Coordinate the collection, processing, review, and production of paper and electronic discovery.Apply quality control processes and improvements for the discovery process.Document and track project tasks, media and costs.Conduct training and advise clients on the efficient use of Relativity and other litigation tools in consultation with clients.Participate in industry specific organizations and stay current with developments in the eDiscovery industry.Help develop best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of eDiscovery services to clients.

• KCura Relativity Certified Admin (RCA)• Provide proper project intake and kickoff, including determining different project types and the appropriate methodology/approach;• Tailor project management knowledge and skills to all project types;• Guide the client through the project lifecycle;• Facilitate effective client and internal team meetings;• Provide meeting agendas and meeting notes for all internal and external team meetings;• Plan and proactively manage the implementation, report progress as required both externally and internally;• Document client objectives, assumptions and requirements;• Identify and quantify risk and plan appropriate responses;• Proactively apply quality management, change control, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction control procedures;• Monitor progress against plan throughout the project/delivery cycle including time, budget, and quality measures;

• Relativity Certified Admin (RCA)• Determine solutions that meet client-specified processing requirements • Manage activities for multiple simultaneous projects• Manage issue resolution and exception handling when discrepancies arise between contracted and encountered data conditions• Ensure compliance with a Quality Plan developed at the project level for each client• Maintain thorough project documentation• Serve as a coordinating point between internal functions for addressing project issues and questions.• Primary interface between Technical Services and Project Management• Set-up cases in one of Merrill’s processing applications• Provide comprehensive reporting, project metrics and status indicators to provide project-level visibility to internal and external consumers• Verify that inbound and outbound data sets fall within expected and contracted parameters for form, content and volume• Escalate complex issues as appropriate• Adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOP) and industry best practices for service delivery• Responsible for Operations Project Lifecycle Management activities on multiple simultaneous legal services projects underway at DTI.• Directly responsible for project set up, data processing, tracking and technical troubleshooting of ESI processing projects.• Primary conduit for communication between Technical Services and the client-facing Project Management group.
