Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various industries and sectors, which has given me a broad and flexible perspective to tackle a wide range of challenges.Currently, at Supply Labs, I lead process improvements in operations, planning, and digital marketing, while also serving as a Product Owner. My role is to ensure that our technological solutions deliver real value to both the company and our clients.I was also a co-founder of NEWCORE, a proptech that developed an innovative app for independent real estate agents, driving over R$ 270 million in sales and licensing 3,000 agents.During my 10 years at Lopes, I implemented the Lopesnet CRM, which is now used by more than 20,000 agents, transforming the way they manage their activities and increasing efficiency and sales. Additionally, I developed strategies for ads, inbound marketing, and SEO, which strengthened the company’s digital presence.With a degree in Economics, a master’s from Insper, and two MBAs from FGV, I continue to seek innovative technological solutions that generate real impact and value for the market.
