R&D project in the Human Resources sector. Delivery of an application that supports the partner's process, as well as an AI solution that ranks records according to the business needs and the relevance of each record.Versions 1 and 2 of the application were delivered on the scheduled date, with the planned scope. The project was extended and we are delivering improvement and new functionalities, according to the priorities defined in concert with the partner. I'm responsible for:- Workshops with the partner, for understanding of the business needs;- Aligning delivery schedule, taking into account team capactity and the scope that was raised;- Propose improvements to the process currently used by the partner;- Write user stories with focus on the business needs defined in concert with the partner;- Keep product backlog, prioritizing stories and improvements, according to priority and expected results;- Collect feedback from the partner regarding the user stories and adherece to the process;- Collect feedback from the team regarding potential improvements to the developed solution and possible gaps or unmapped flows in the business rules;- Include technical debt tasks in the backlog and plan them in sprints when possible, taking into account the current scope complexity and the technical debt priority;- Document releases at the end of each sprint, listing delivered stories, improvements and tasks, as well as corrected bugs;- Coordinate review meeting at the end of each sprint;- Coordinate sprint planning, proposing a scope for the sprint, answering questions and agreeing on the final sprint scope with the team;- Lead refining sessions, for better understanding of user stories and improvements by the whole team and to collect feedback before these issues are included in sprints.

Part of the coordination team for Data Intelligence for Entrepreneurial Education. Project results, covering rates for the Entrepreneurial Education programs, taking into account cities, teachers and students (how many cities, teachers and students do we reach out of the entire universe of those in Brazil?). Cost by customer. Identification of geographical holes in our customer service, among others.

Coordination of Sebrae's actions for startups, including support to Sebrae's state offices and actions that are from the national office itself. Partnerships with market actors (accelerators, investment funds, associations, ministries, etc.). Coordination and execution of some Like a Boss Challenge editions, startup areas in events, analysis of the results of our acceleration programs.Coordination of Programa InovAtiva Brasil, the largest startup acceleration program in Latin America, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Fundação Certi. Planning of acceleration cycles, follow up on each cycle's actions, and planning and executing InovAtiva Experience, the closing event for each cycle. Relationship manager for startups, support in matching with mentors.

Innovation Unit at Sebrae Nacional, as part of the Coordination team in Sebraetec e ALI programs. Sebraetec is a program that provides access to innovation and technology services to small business through a database of companies that provide those services. ALI is a program in which agents help small businesses to create action plans and make innovation part of their day to day process. The main job in both coordination was managing the systems in which the actions were registered, including:- Defining new functionalities based on information obtained from users of all profiles that use the systems;- Accepting system versions;- User support;- Opening and following up on tickets;- Defining release schedules;- Integration with other systems to export the records to the centralized database.

Project in the Banking Automation sector. I led the test team that validated Central Authorization, Internet Banking, Charging and Mobile Applications. I also built and executed test plans. We used IBM tools (ClearQuest for test planning and execution and bug tracking, and Rational Manual Tester for test scripts). We had direct access to the development team, and worked on quick solutions for bugs. I managed the test environments that were located in the company and in the customer. I also supported the customer when the user was executing the final tests on the solution provided.

Project in the Telecommunications sector, in the addition of the ninth digit in Brazilian mobile phone numbers. I ran integrated tests in the customer's Mainframe systems, and also worked in solving the bugs we found. I reviewed test plans and created runbooks for procedures' updates, as well as doing some developing in Natural on existing programs. I created test plans, being the bridge with the customer so that I could understand the needs and set timelines for execution.

Project for development of a Data Warehouse system with the goal of providing Business Intelligence to our customer. In this project, I designed and executed test cases for the ETL from diverse data marts, Staging, DW, cubes and reports. The project used ant scripts to automate the build creation, and I took the chance of using the tool to automate regression, performance and longevity tests. The project used the SCRUM framework, and we used Mantis to manage our activities.

Project in the Telecommunications sector.I led the execution of rating and billing tests for critical projets, such as Christmas Sales and Mother's and Father's Days. Between late 2008 and early 2009, in a 4 month period, I was the focal point in our team delivering 15 critical projects, receiving positive feedback from our client. I also planned and created test cases and designed the execution tree in the tool used by the client.

Project in the Telecommunications sector.From July '07 to February '08, I worked on integrated tests of the CRM systems used by our client, such as Clarify, Microsiga, ASAP and SAC.In March '08, I was assigned to the billing test team. I tested rating and billing of calls and fees from customers, using events such as voice calls, SMS, GPRS, among others, encompassing all the systems that formed the billing chain.
