I was fortunate to develop into the subject matter expert for any Iron Mountain Data Backup & Recovery processes, building security protocol and customer liaison. My success was a result of building and ensuring high expectations for financial success, accountability employee environments and operational excellence within measured goals. Our production targets increased 100% over a 3 year span. My contribution levels spread from partnering with marketing and sales initiatives to managing exempt/non-exempt personnel development schedules, training and performance appraisals which ensured solid employee success and quality.
