Team Lead, Managed Services Operations

- Assist in the development of practice expertise, knowledgebase development and cross-training of other team members.
- Work with Director, TD Managed Services Operations to monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist with conducting regular performance reviews of L2 and L3 technicians.
- Support and backup the Director, TD Managed Services Operations, when needed, by managing daily requests/tasks, approving Change Requests, managing on-call schedule, and attending to ticket escalations. Show less
