Joined the quest to answer all questions about the best ways to interview, hire, enable, support, develop and retain a diverse group of amazing employees.Joined as a Director leading recruiting, and left as an SVP leading all things People and Recruiting. Along the way we grew the Recruiting team from 5ppl to 30+ppl, the People team from 3ppl to 20+ppl and the company from 90ppl to 1300+ppl. Hired and opened new offices in several cities across the globe, and participated in the due diligence and integration of 4 acquisitions. Was also fortunate to have led the hiring of close to 90% of our current executive team, and becoming the first person in Checkr's history to be promoted to the VP level internally and then to SVP.
