I have been a principal of two Telecommunications companies for many years, during which I have managed many successful projects with varying scope. Projects which require interaction with Architects, construction companies, Telecom providers, manufacturers, designers and end users/customers. For me, there are no other options than to complete the project on time and within budget.

Brought in premise and cloud based products from companies such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Peplink, Netgear Extreme etc.  Installation  Designed an “installation work order” form in Excel which gave the company the ability to start with a basic floorplan and develop it into a successful installation, tracking all details as the installation progressed.  Service  Implemented a dispatch system which tracked all tech time and productivity with weekly reports to review with managers etc.  Accounting and company administration  Oversee the layout, and assisted in providing content for company website  Implemented several CRM and accounting systems including SalesForce, Hubspot, and Quickbooks  Wrote employee manual for all employees with additional sections for Salespeople, technicians, and Bookkeepers. The additional sections included information about the job which they were expect to do.  Kept Company running profitable from 1979 to 2018  Sold active customer list in March 2018

Worked as a lead technician, primary site was CitiCorp Center in New York City. Was responsible for maintenance of all telecommunications equipment in Citicorp Center working for Northern Telecom (Later became Nortel Networks)

Worked as an electronics technician to assemble and test Genisis blood analysis test equipment and some involvement in centrifuge equipment for uranium enhancement.
