Acted as lead operational planner for the International Naval Review 2000 including 24 surface combatants from 19 different nations on July 4, 2000 in New York City. Planned and executed the first combat strikes into Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Conducted successful bilater and trilateral surface ship exercises with navies from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia.
