The most significant achievement was to commission successfully, run and decommission modular Methanol plant where the whole control system was based on the Siemens Tia portal. The project called MefCO2 done in RWE power plant located in Niederaussem, Germany

During the project, more than 200 Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures were made, also upgraded Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) and, improved risk assessment. Equipment technical drawings did not include valves tag numbers, so for that reason, I created the new tag number system coherent with tags used in the SCADA system based on Siemens platform. My responsibilities included: Cooperating with maintenance, electricians, and plant operators to obtain technical information Work with P&ID drawings, floor plans, equipment technical drawings and labelling of equipment and controls.

Lead a team of eighteen professionals towards the installation of cable ladders and sensors in the silicon smelter. After successful accomplishment the project on time, I was involved in the hot and cold commissioning process and, finetuning of 38 MW furnace during which all the sensors and devices have checked. The whole control system was based on the Siemens platform, so I was able to work with different PLC´s and TIA portal. Communicating with an international team of engineers was a challenging and responsible task. Many issues have found and knowing them, later helped to operate the furnace and process much better.
