During my time in this role, I worked approximately 70% specializing in people attraction and recruitment in the EMEA organization at Axis. My role was to provide a professional recruitment strategy, service, and drive FTE growth from A-Z. Together with my hiring managers I planned and made sure we followed our recruitments through. In addition to this, I also delivered coaching within people attraction and made sure my stakeholders were always aligned with our growth strategy. I also coached hiring managers and delivered different workshops within People Attraction. The remaining percentages of my role I dedicated to project management within HR, for example, in 2021 when I developed and later delivered a revised recruitment process that ensures timing, cost efficiency, diversity, and quality in the process, as well as efficiency in reaching the yearly FTE growth targets. During my time in the role, I was working with around 30-40 managers, including regional directors within EMEA.

As an HR Coordinator I was working in a team of 7 people (HR Helpdesk) with assisting employees and managers in HR-related matters. This role demanded great knowledge of our collective bargain agreement (Teknikavtalet), Swedish labor law and Axis policies and procedures regarding employee lifecycle. HR administration was a natural part of my daily work since HR Helpdesk was processing the majority of all documentation connected to the employee lifecycle, such as employment contracts, HR Master System profiles and documents connected to time report, leave and salary. Apart from this, me and 3 other colleagues were in charge of conducting HR-introductions for new employees.On a daily basis I also interacted with all parts of the HR department, making sure that we provided the best possible service to the organization with added value. I had great fun working together with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits in several cases and projects and got the opportunity to have a brief insight in their expertise.Apart from the above, I was also appointed with full responsibility for Axis Company & Personnel Cars in December 2019. This task was made approximately 50% of my time until december 2020 in close collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team.During my time in HR Helpdesk I was also highly involved in updating our Gift Policy during 2020. I was providing the Compensation & Benefits team with my insight and experience of our employees perception of the Gift Policy, since I was working hands-on with expenses.

As an TAA, I worked with recruitment of Consultant Managers, Account Managers and Recruitment Assistants. Solid recruitment processes that also included working with personality tests, DiSC, tests of numeracy and logic.

As an SRA, I worked with recruitment on behalf of clients. Here I got the opportunity to recruit different types of profiles and also own the processes all the way. In the summer of 2017 and 2018, I acted as a substitute for several consulting managers at the same time and was responsible for over 100 consultants at once. Fun fact: Axis Communications was one of our biggest local clients.
