I started to learn programming in 2015 by reading books and learning online courses. It was a good challenge for me, but also it was the most interesting thing I've ever tried. Now I have more than 5 years of experience in professional software development, and I've realized that this is what I want to spend whole my life on. My work was usually related to the backend of monolithic and microservices-based enterprise applications, built on Java technology stack (e.g. Spring, JDBC, Hibernate, JMS, etc.).I have expertise in: - building monolithic apps and Spring Boot microservices from scratch - creating different types of integrations, including web services/clients, REST API's and message publishing/subscribing - database access layer and scheme design (mostly, using PostgreSQL) - writing automated tests - performance optimization - etcI like to keep my mind open and often spend my free time learning other technologies, so I also have some basic knowledge of other object-oriented languages, like C++ and Groovy.
