•Process receipts (e.g., Ticketmaster, box office, etc.) and record corresponding revenues •Manage all money requests (e.g., wires, cash, show checks) for production and/or show settlement•Review show settlement immediately following the show (work with Ops to address questions) •Prepare event P&L (or flash) and event related journal entries.•Review and monitor Oracle event reports for reasonableness •Reconcile all show activity, record necessary accruals •Work with A/P / Cash Receipts team to ensure that all receivables, receipts, and payable items are processed and recorded accurately and timely.•Provide audit support as needed (show file audits), ensure that show files are in compliance with all company policy and procedures•Month end close, and accrual entries •Assist with special projects as assigned

Book keeping for various clients in different industries, such as entertainment, construction, landscaping, retail, and insurance. Currently my biggest account generates revenues of approximately $2.5 mil a year. I also assist in generating and presenting audits for unions and workers compensation. Along with these, I prepare payroll, do data processing and small business operations (filings of franchise tax, sales tax, and quarterly reports).During tax season, I am responsible in making sure everything needed to complete corporate income tax is up to date. Also, I prepare worksheets in aiding the completion of forms 1120, 1065, schedule C and others.
