Leading a project by European Union with 19 partners across both the states on four themes. My role is to work closely with the State Governments in Bihar and Jharkhand and other stake holders for mainstreaming of socially excluded communities especially, Muslim, Tribal and Dalit (Maha Dalits in Bihar). The main focus of this project is to capacity building of partner organisation and their staffs, leadership qualities among the chief functionaries of all 19 organisations, financial, supporting them with regard to admin and statutory compliance followed by generating livelihood opportunities, Forest Right Act, Right to Food, Right to education and Health issues.

Worked for ensuring land rights of land less families. I was the designated lead person for the project funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Hence I was responsible for the program management and administration of the team including budgeting, reporting to the donors etc. I worked with the Bihar Government to advocate for women centric land rights policies. As a result of my efforts the land titles are being awarded on the name of the women instead of joint or male member. Currently, I was also engaged with NITI Aayog for the policies on tenancy in the state so that women share croppers are benefitted. I have lead the establishment of Women Support Centers at the districts of Vaishali and West Champaran in Bihar which aims to provide an interface between the single women and women headed households and the Government line department and get them benefitted from land rights and other social security schemes.
