Responsibilities:• Provide Engineering & Technical support to the HVAC Oil and Gas Division throughout the project lifecycle from analysis of the client requirements and local legislation of offshore gas production to the design of the HVAC system, selection of the equipment, quoting and purchasing of the equipment and delivering to the shipyard, control of the equipment installation and commissioning of the system.• Provide engineering support and manage technical compliance on subvendor packages (pump skids, duct dampers, electrical heater, grilles and diffusers, local cooling units, air condensers, air handling units, etc.).• Consolidation of the technical information provided by profile specialists, preparing the datasheets, and equipment list to provide to the client (McDermott) to approve the design in time and minimum rework.• Preliminary selection of the control, isolation and auxiliary valves, and pipe size for Chilled water systems to get the best design with the highest performance.• Participated in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of HVAC equipment such as Dampers, AHU, electrical heaters, valves, extract fans, etc, identified deviations from specifications, drawings, and other technical documentation, creating the punch list, and discussed the current design and ways to improve it for future projects...• Participated in the receival inspection of HVAC equipment at the shipyard on the supplier's side, review the punch list issued by the client, provided the actions for rectification of defined problems, and control t troubleshooting measures. • Assisted in the preservation of the HVAC equipment in accordance with the manufactures requirement to provide adequate mechanical protection and environmental conditions.• Controlled the installation of ductwork and HVAC equipment by the shipyard to ensure that insulation meets the requirements of project specifications and work is completed in accordance with the project schedule.

• Optimise the number of spare bolts for 2 years operations based on the chemical, mechanical and work conditions analysis to minimise the number of spare parts and minimise the risk of wrong installation for certain type of bolts.• Collaboration with FMCs such as TECHNIP and SAREN in term of flange management, review and remarking the procedures and piping specification.• Development the flange management procedure in accordance with ASME 16.5, 16.47 and PCC-1 to ensure the proper compression of flange assembly and minimisation the risk of leakage. • Initiation of Management of change procedure for bolt and gasket materials to approve the optimisation method for bolt and gasket materials to update the piping specification by FMC.• Development the safe work procedures to get required package of documents for safe work.• Preparing the MMPF file for Cataloging all pipe components (flanges, elbows etc.) to create the database of spare parts for SAP system.• Review and comment the Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) performed by Contractor and vendors to ensure the safe and operable work of static equipment and mitigate any risks during the work.• Performing the FAT of static and package equipment at COSCO (China Ocean Shipping Compnay) shipyards, to provide static and package equipment technical expertise and identify deviations from the documentation and manage them as per project procedures with appropriate approval.• Performing the SAT of static and package equipment to ensure the commissioning and start-up activities have been done in accordance to the project schedule and with high quality.• Provide static equipment input for Hazardous Operations (HAZOP) reviews, Risk Management activities to ensure safe work of static equipment and mitigate any risks.• Prepare and submit monthly progress data, including narratives, charts, graphs, presentation etc. on static and package equipment issues to Line Manager.

• Participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns on-site or breakdowns. Follow the lawful and reasonable directions of Project Specific Leading Hand, Supervisor or Manager to execute work effectively and in time.• Perform adjustments or repairs needed on crushing, conveyors or other heavy industrial or material handling equipment including removing any worn or damaged parts, installing replacements, and participating in the repair of worn or damaged parts.• Support the Site Services Team in the repair and maintenance of bulk material handling and other mechanical equipment and components on-site as directed.• Maintenance and repair of equipment to an optimum level in line with the clients and/or OEM specifications.• Report any faults and issues with equipment to prevent significant failure or crash.

o Management of work crews for oilfield equipment maintenance and repair. An acting chief mechanic in case of his absence.o Planning of the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of the oil and gas field equipment (pumping equipment, oil rocking machines, pressure vessels, underground tanks, vertical vessels, and pipelines).o Interaction with the Russian State Authorities in the sphere of the safe working conditions and manage the environment (registration of technical documentation, provision of reporting information, reporting of the technical documentation during inspection).o Planning of the annual budget and control of the expenditure of funds for repair services, diagnostics, and purchase of new equipment.o Participation in the study of the causes of increased wear-and-tear of equipment, downtime, investigation of breakdowns, development, and implementation of measures for their elimination and prevention.o Writing the technical documentation (regulations and instructions) regulated the maintenance, repair and diagnostic of oil and gas equipment in the company.o Presentation the results of mechanical department work to the company's management and state authorities.o Working with the service contractors, suppliers companies of equipment and materials, drafting and conclusion of a contract.Innovative activities in the company: o Development of the technical specifications for the introduction of the unified system of data collection and processing for storing data of the equipment technical parameters.o The system itself automatically creates the maintenance and repair schedules, besides that it can control the movement of equipment.

o Planning for a repair of the oilfield machines and equipment using SAP R3 (Preparation of annual, monthly schedule repair, maintenance inspection and diagnostics of oilfield equipment).o Controlling of operational information about the presence, movement, and operation of equipment, its characteristics, planning maintenance and assessment of their quality.o Operational analyzing of maintenance and repair system for oilfield equipment (forming the database of defects, operative assessment of all equipment, analysis of the quality of the supplied equipment).o Participation in the development and launch of the annual calendar planning and equipment technical condition control system in the program SAP R3 PM.o Development and implementation of the author's analytical control module for current maintenance and repairs of oilfield equipment.
