Deliver on income, OPEX and headcount commitments.Lead, mentor & motivate the Remarketing Management team to develop staff goals & succession planning.Key responsilities are:• Deliver on income commitments • Manage remarketing cost budget• Management and overall accountability for the Disposals team in Australia & New Zealand• Management of the strategic direction of the team including vehicle disposal, remarketing, pricing and trading• Management of all compliance and AML related requirements for the disposal process• Management of all EH&S requirements within each site including regularity requirements • In partnership with the leadership team, ensure new business is successful, key relationships protected and new product developments are implemented appropriately• Develop strong succession planning within Remarketing • Input and leadership of the quarterly RV reviews and setting and implementation process• Management & review of monthly reporting to Finance• Oversight of remarketing operation in relation to debtor management, disposal costs and remarketng efficiency opportunities • Maintain a high level of customer service whilst ensuring productivity & OPEX opportunities are realised Show less
