 Distribution and logistics activities: Handling two divisions distribution and logistics activities PAN India base considering 3 super stockiest and a central warehouse Inventory Management: Ensure to make physical availability of all the products on time at respective CSA’s to achieve the monthly targets across the country. Market Returns: Regular monitoring of saleable, expired & damage returns from CSA’s and Stockiest. Seeking action plan for liquidation of saleable & near expiry returns. Transport Agreement: Co-ordinating the transporter for agreement and rate negotiations on periodic basis. Transit Stock Insurance Claims: Ensure all claims to be recovered from insurance company for transit breakage, shortages etc. Appointing New stockiest: Scrutinizing all the documents and analyzing critical outstanding, no of existing stockiest before creating the customer code in SAP. Credit limit & credit Days: Reviewing of all customers credit days and credit limit inserted in SAP on periodic basis. CSA and Stockiest Visit: To make regular visit to CSA / stockiest for smooth operations. Destruction of expired goods: Ensure timely destruction of expired goods with proper co- ordination with incineration plant after discoloration of the stocks. Checking Customers master’s in SAP: Regular checking of customer master’s in SAP like, DL expiry date, Credit days, credit limit etc. Co-ordination with manufacturer: Regular co-ordination with domestic manufacturer for availability of products Product Sourcing: Sourcing niche molecules from Indian manufacturer on P2P basis. Implementation of GWP/GDP-SOP’s: Making good warehouse practicing / good distribution practicing SOP and implementation of SOP’s with proper training SAP Implementation : Successfully implemented SAP B1 – Distribution module

Planning& Execution: - Maintaining accurate product availability to meet sales forecast across the country for smooth sales closing. Planning & Execute depot wise additional requirement mid of the month to maintain the buffer stocks Managing urgent circumstances of product requirement with zone wise inter depots stock transfers  Authorization of special rates & schemes product to product in SAP Follow up with mother warehouses before and after dispatches up to delivery with respect to indent Co-ordinate with Supply Chain Management, regarding products availability for upcoming months Enhancement of products details in systems pertaining to new products dimensions & weightsAnalytical Reports: - Gap Analysis from sales order to final dispatches depot wise to control the delivery time Pull out in-transit report of central warehouses from SAP & monitor the transit period Checking Pricing conditions in SAP as per costing department approvals Extracting physical stocks checking reports from SAP in depot wise & scrutinize the variances  Automate the data population for all sources wherever possible by using excel functions/VBA  Develop charts and graphs for analysis and presentation (Sales, Forecasting Production, etc.),
