The details as follows: Preparation of Reports : Raw-Material Stores Management for Maintenance - Receipt and Issues of materials (across India) Inventory for Stores (across India) Preparation of Quote to the Customers – Variation Order Purchase Order Processing PPE Stock (across India) Sub Contractor / Vendor and Employees Bills (across India) Sub Contractor Agreement checking and processing (across India) Capital Tools tracking and maintaining

 Customer delivery adherence based on their indent Creation and communication of Advance Shipping Notification (ASN) in the customer web portal Handling and storage of assemblies, components and bought-out parts  Ensure stock availability in the Warehouse through coordination with depot representative and production department.  Receipt and delivery of parts on FIFO basis. Tracking and updating the vehicle movement to the warehouse across all branches in India for effective insurance Material follow up and transport follow up Mail communication and Represntative Commuication Transport bills service entry closing in Sap. Adherence to statutory compliance – LR updation with 24 hours  Ensure timely payment to transporter using Fright Management System (FMS) KANBAN Daily requirement to the suppliers & logistics follow-up. Creation of Purchase order and preparing sales invoice and stock transfer invoice in SAP. Inspection of Stocks and Disposing Scrap Tracking of GRN and uploading in SAP. Preparation of Material requisitions, Purchase Orders and Material receipt Note
