 Job Responsibilities Looking in to all Activities of Warehouse Dispatches & Responsible for entire Inventory Packing after Production. Generation and preparation (through ERP and transformation into Ms Excel) of sales and inventory reports for Warehouse. Other reports related to MNW (manufacturing and warehousing), etc. Looking independently the following responsibilities: - Reporting to General Manager (Marketing,Plant) and receive special assignment from G.M of company on specific Dispatch matters. To maintain Dispatch Files. Preparation of Monthly Dispatch Report sent to concerned department. Preparation of Target Report within time limit. Preparation of all documents related to Dispatch material. To liaison with transporters truck unions and Govt.Deptt. Like Excise and Sales Tax. To do work related to loading and unloading of goods. To visit the plant, time to time and checks the material availability for dispatch.  To maintain the good relation with union leader and transporters. Plan and service indents to Client Companies within India & Abroad, transfer stocks to warehouses within India with Transporter’s fleet (Using LCV’s, HCV’s, HHCV’s & Containers). Dealing with Production, Receives Finished goods from production & Maintain Stock Register for Records. To handle Stock & Inventory Report. Looking after Daily Dispatch Report, Stock Report.  To maintain the all dispatch records like MS Tubes, Cold Rolled Strips, Raw Material, and Auction Material etc.
