Prepares and packing the ancillary equipment for the job. Perform cleaning, operational testing and pressure testing of equipment during pre-job procedure. Assemble and prepare the equipment for installation and service. Ensure completions of all required documentation related to equipment and personnel in the course of the operations performed. Safe rig up and rig down activities with proper PPE. Provide the FSR (flow line restraint) pressure and temperature gauges Taking inventory for all Equipment’s, spares, pipes in the package. Perform Pressure test as per the rigged up equipment working and testing pressure. function test for ESD panel, ESD stations, Ignition system and LCV, PCV in the separator. Report all abnormalities and failure to high authority and take corrective measure. Monitor and maintain the upstream and downstream pressure, temperature, flowrate, level. prepare the data sheet and change the chart. During Flow back changing the choke bean as per the game plan and checking BS&W, salinity, PH, oil and gas gravity, H2S & CO2 measurements. Install and change the orifice in the senior Daniel as per the SOP. Maintenance of all testing equipment. Continuous monitoring the wind direction and divert the flow that wind direction. Everyday check the safety life Equipment’s Personal detector, SCABA, SABA and Fire Extinguisher. Work with the contract companies coil tubing, slick line, E-line and Rigs.
