Divert - Coordinator
Current▪ Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.▪ Develop project plans, including task lists, milestones, and resource allocation.▪ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.▪ Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.▪ Track project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.▪ Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, set priorities, and allocate resources appropriately.▪ Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and change logs.▪ Prepare regular progress reports and status updates for project managers and stakeholders.▪ Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies.▪ Regularly monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle.▪ Support quality management processes by ensuring adherence to project standards, policies, and procedures.▪ Conduct periodic quality checks and reviews to ensure deliverables meet defined quality criteria.▪ Assist in tracking project budgets, expenditures, and financial resources.▪ Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to monitor project costs, identify budget deviations.▪ Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, team members, and executives.▪ Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.▪ Support change management processes by assisting in the identification and evaluation of change requests.▪ Coordinate change implementation and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.▪ Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements and best practices within the projectmanagement function.
