During this period my role was to ensure good working atmosphere in and around the plant along with all HR activities including Education, Land acquisition, R&R, IR, Security, Law and Order etc.During that period, we had successfully handled strikes and gate meetings of land oustees and was instrumental in developing strategic partnership with stake holders like land oustee, Mukhia, sarpanch, MLA, MPs and Govt. official resulting cohesive work environment at Barh project.

• Joined NTPC as Personnel Officer at Its Auraiya Project and worked around 12 years and rose to the level of Head of HR at the same project. During this period, I had worked at all the areas of HR in different capacity and was groomed to handle different situations being faced by power plant.• Worked at NTPC NCR Hqs for around 6 years and was mainly responsible for executive promotions, PMS, organizing regional level meetings of Unions and Associations, planned training and other strategic roles to create cohesive work environment in the Region.• Also worked in SAP ERP team for around 1 year and associated in developing HCM module for NTPC in line with company guidelines and suggesting simplifications in HR policies inline with the best HR practices at other good Companies.
