• Handling the ATM Cash Management Reconciliation for Public Sector banks under MOF Project and JFS & LVB bank under BAU.• Review the entire General ledger, Accounts payable, sundries, chargeback and rejects processing daily and follow up on the aging items for resolution.• Reconciliation of Dispute, Chargeback entries and follow up on the aging items.• Actively manage and monitor the SLA adherence & Vendor performance.• Managing cash position of each vault cash provider, identifying cash in ATMs, cash in Vaults, Cash in transit.• Ensure process note, SOP are followed and reviewed on an annual basis• Identifying and investigating the Recon Exceptions transactions and highlight to Bank.• Assessing risks and potential failure points in the processes handled and help highlight the areas to risk teams.• Ensuing all customer disputes are justified to banks within defined TAT.• Result oriented, having depth knowledge of CRAs, MSPs and BANKs S D P (Shortages, Disputes, Penalties) Reconciliation process.• Leaded weekly / Fortnightly and Monthly internal and external customers review meetings.• Screening fraudulent claims and reporting to client by investigating and scrutinizing with trace logs & Switch Data.• Coordinating with Vendor to get the credit notes for the recoverable cases (Recon shortages & operational penalties as per SLA)
