• Working experience with WSS proxy(cloud proxy) and symantec proxy SG (on primies proxy)• Monitoring of proxy server through symantec management center.• Manage daily health check report of symantec proxies is working fine or realtime check status.• Create policies and rules over on prem proxies and WSS (Cloud proxy) as per requirement.• Making changes over WPAD to add url or remove url for any particular destination.• Making PAC file as per bussiness requirement.• Bypass and allow the Domain\IP from proxy and WSS as per user requirement.• Add users to any particular SG group as per requirement and bussines process.• Policy control on users like what they can accessing, deny websites access, limited time access, time restrictions etc.• Managed high threat risk URL’s and downgrade the risk level or Categorized into trusted category for uncategoried URL. • Genarate report from WSS and On prem proxy reporter for any Users, Destination URL or source IP.• Provide logs to management throght proxy reporter.• Troubleshooting with user on issue by using proxy tracing, proxy logs, etc• Troubleshooting on business call p1 or p2, by using tool wireshark or fiddler.• Handling and support over P1 calls for resolutions.• Handling VPN issues, like Cisco any connect and client VPN etc.• Call log with Symantec support for Priority regarding proxy support or addditional support.• Use remedy ticket tools and works on SR, CR, ECR and incidents.• Good knowledge of Remedy ticketing tool and close the daily given task, which is assigned to our group Like:- Work orders and Incident, as per SLA.• Good knowledge of Change management & ECR.• Use active directory conslose to check user group maping.• Working with Infoblox security cloud services• Monitor DNS, DHCP and IPAM traffic through Infoblox security.• Add url over infloblox to bypass traffic.• Provide remote support to users for reported issue like:- MS-Teams, Skype, Webex.
