Manufacturer of Sheet metal works. we are Tier-1 supplier of M/s TAFE Tractor and M/s SAME Deutz Tractor.My Role: • Planning/production • Co-ordination with material planning for procuring material• Prepare daily plan for final Assembly• Raise alarms and take steps to ensure timely deliveries• Close monitoring and Control of Production Activities• Driving related HODs to meet delivery commitments & Daily plan• Dealing with Clint Discussion, Attend Clint Meeting• Inventory control

Main Client is L&T where is to it is an EPC company also doing manufacturing of Heavy Fabrication and Sheet metal work.My Role: • Planning and Project execution • Quotation Follow-up, Technical Discussion and paper Submission, Planning Schedule, Follow up of Material till Projects supply and Erection Commissioning Completion• Identified resources and Requirements Assigned Responsibilities and co ordinate with project staff directly and Indirectly to Ensure Successful completion of Project• Delivered status and Erection report to Senior Management Regularly(Day/Week)• Co ordinate work with Clients and Clint-Related Department• Ensured Proper Dissemination of Technical Information among Company and Client.
