Project coordination with client for any approval at site level and for billing purpose. Preparation of weekly and monthly work plan in coordination of all district In-charge and site engineer to achieve the target and complete the project within a stipulated time period. Coordinate with PMC and Utility to get the material in time. Monitoring and controlling of dismantled material and handing over to client for smooth closure of project.8. Timely handing over of executed work to customer for utilization of infrastructure and smooth operation. I also worked in production field where I lots of things gain, how to communicate , improve and take responsibility in any situation to fulfill the given target. Safety must be priority on work, we should be follow Safety rules in any organization. Before starting work first judge the place then safety equipment must wear to protect any hazard. I also worked on Quality control. 3.5S system also follow to reduce waste and optimize productivity. Resolving any failure during working period by QRQC method. Observation of many electrical and mechanical test are completed on the motor with preprogrammed menus.
