Responsible for managing the National Supply Chain for the Services and Terminal Categories, which broadly includes Strategy development and implementation, Planning, Sourcing and Out Sourcing, Demand Management, Imports, Custom Clearance, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Partner and Stakeholder Management, Budget and Savings tracking, Dashboards, People Development etc… reporting to the Director Supply Chain based at the Corporate office Mumbai, India.Was responsible for managing the complete procurement and Supply Chain Function for the Organization covering Sales and Marketing, Advertising and Promotion (AnP), Content and VAS, Retail roll out, Customer Support and Services, Facilities including Hotel, Airline, Travels, Property Acquisition, HR, Consultancy and Consultant engagement, Product and Merchandise development.Also was the IT Category Head for all IT Procurement for the Organization. Was a Core Team member for developing and negotiating the IT Outsourcing Contract under which the Operations and Management of IT services were outsourced to IBM.Was also the Core Team member for setting up a Tier IV Data Centre from scratch at Mumbai.Also worked very closely with the Vodafone Group and internal stakeholders in setting up of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) in India, as well as creating and developing India as a sourcing center for the Group

Was instrumental and credited with creating the Corporate Supply Chain function for the Company by centralization and consolidation of all procurement and supply chain activities across functions, which until then was being done by the respective functions and depts. Implemented uniform processes and standardized Circle Operations. Responsible for managing the National Supply Chain for the Non Network Category including Circle Operations, which broadly included National Operations, National Procurement of all non-network goods and services including IT, Sales n Marketing, Credit and Collections, DMS, CS, Property Acquisition, Office set ups, , Demand Management, Retail and Office acquisition and rollout, Merchandise and Product Development, VAS, Imports, Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Budget controls etc… reporting to the Chief Financial Controller based at the Corporate office Mumbai, India.

Responsible for managing the entire Supply Chain for UP (E ) Circle Operations which included Procurement of all Network and non-network goods and services, OFC Laying, Retail Shop rollout, Zonal Office rollouts, Cellsite and Property acquisitions, Imports, Custom Clearance, Logistics, Warehouse Management, MIS, budget controls etc… reporting functionally to the Head of Finance and operationally to the CEO based at the Circle Headquarters at Lucknow, UP, India.Was a core team member of a crack team, when for the first time ever, we launched an innovative and game changing product known as Chotta Recharge (Small RCV) which actually revolutionized the way Telecom Company operates. This product was then copied by all Companies across the country and the world.As the Head of SCM was also the first circle across all Telecom Companies to consistently roll out more than 100 cell sites per month by ensuring proper demand planning and logistics. Subsequently managed to consistently roll out 150 cell sites per month per circle which was again the first in the Industry/

Responsible for managing the entire Supply Chain function including Procurement and Operations for three circles UP(E ), Rajasthan and Haryana based at the Company Headquarters at New Delhi reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.Was responsible for signing multiple contracts with various leading Telecom equipment suppliers including operations and maintenance.

Responsible for the Complete Procurement, Logistics and Import Functions for Engine for Oil Tankers (Shipping Division) based at the Corporate office at Chennai. Was also responsible for handling technical support to VLCC (Very Large Crude Carriers) ships that had been acquired by the CompanyAlso operated out of Singapore and Dubai, handling both Global procurement and Dry Docking of Ships at the respective ports.
