 Interact with clients and gather business requirements and objectives.  Attending the concept meeting & RSD walkthrough.  Development and implementation of this set of GSM Services products using Comptel’s products (BST/BLN). Develop and maintain generic BST workflow which includes order validation, enrichment, and manual provisioning check. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.  Supporting operation team for new issues. Preparing UT Scenarios, Test Description, Pre-condition and expected output.  Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

 Involved in Production/Application Support and code fixing. Maintains systems by researching and resolving problems; maintaining system integrity and security. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Significant contribution in the area of Automation of manual work and internal tool development. Creating Excel-based report(Like Health Report, Switch Count, TAT, Nmon Report) Analyzing the system performance graph.  End to end file reconciliation. Checking end to end report. Migration of streams/scripts one server to another server. The application starts and stops during the activity.  Stream migration from one server to another.  Co-ordinating with SysAdmin, DBA, Network, Crystal, Backup (Data Centre) and Wintel Team in case of an issue. Perform software deployments and migrations, host management and automate the routine operational task.  Take the appropriate decisions while the issue and avoid the manual work.  Finding RCA in case of an issue.
