MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting HSE Induction Training Program and introduce about Company HSE Rules & Regulations and General Hazards for new entrants into the Project Site. Conducting Daily Tool Box Meeting on Working Place at Site about related hazards and discuss the point of certain past accident/Incident. Preparing all types of HSE Checklist & maintain as per Client’s instruction. Preparing Accident/ Incident Report as per Client’s Instruction. Making Monthly HSE Performance Report & Monthly HSE Audit Report. Arranging Load Test for all types of Lifting Tools & Tackles with Competent Third Party Inspector. Preparing Job Hazard Analysis. Arrange HSE Awareness Training Program by Safety Presentation on Periodical Basis. Site HSE Rules maintain at site as per client’s instruction. Face the HSE Audit. Arrange HSE Awareness Program & Prize Distribution between workers on periodical basis to motivate towards safety.
