• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support• Daily management of the site, including monitoring production & contractor performance work • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress• Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects• Attend weekly meeting with client & consultant

• Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource• Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise• Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications• Meet & correspond with prospective clients independently• Management of fit-out works/ turnkey projects right from conception to handing over• Deal with suppliers and subcontractors• Supervise the fit-out coordinating and managing daily site activities• Attend weekly meeting with client & consultant

• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines • Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients and setting project schedules• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials• Attend weekly meeting with client & consultant

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects• Management of fit-out works/ turnkey projects right from conception to handing over• Supervise the fit-out coordinating and managing daily site activities• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions• Working in a team with other designers
