Responsible for the proper implementation of Healthcare and Community Integration component of BRAC Ultra-poor Graduation Programme in the assign region. Provide life skill and Income generating activity training to programme rights holder.Ensure women`s active participation in the process of forming village social solidarity committee and ensure women role in the committee.Rising awareness among programme rights holder on family-based violence and women empowerment during home visit, group visit and village social solidarity committee meeting.Rapport builds up with the relevant stakeholders, organize and conduct and attend meeting to avail various support for programme rights holder.Assist field level staff to communicate with GO, NGO, relevant stakeholders and local Govt. authority to avail various support for programme rights holder.Design suitable training plan for field level staff, provide training to field staff (Branch Managers & Program Organizers). Provide Automation (Mobile Apps) training to regional and branch level staff .Assist field staff in the process of formation of Village Social Solidarity Committee and regular activities of Village Social Solidarity Committee to mobilize resources. Ensure safe drinking water and use of sanitary latrines of Programme rights holder by rising awareness among themselves and by Programme interventions. Ensure at least 4 ANC (Anti Natal Care) and 4 PNC (Post Natal Care) for pregnant mothers.Visit Upazila Health Complex, Union Health Centre, Family Welfare Centre and Community Clinic to ensure proper treatment for Programme rights holder and provide financial support to them (Programme rights holder) if necessary, following the procedure of Programme.Filling and recording all documents, writing case study. Assist to publish the production of the monitoring report and case management guideline.Collect monthly report, prepare and analyze the report and send to head office as well as office Management.

To Capacity Development and sustainability the “Developing the Reading Habit (DRH)” managing and coordinating the overall programme to implementation and responsible for the oversight of technical inputs to DRH programme activities as outlined in the SEQAEP work plan;Provide support with mechanism to the government to implementation “Secondary Education Quality Access Enhancement Programme” as a resource centers at the central and remote area of Upazila & District levels with support of ministry of Education and World Bank as stakeholders;Lead to cultural activities like reading book, debating, education fair, and Prize distribution;Responsible for DRH scheme approximately 210 institutions.Communicate with the Organizers,Head of Institutions,USEO,UNO,DEO,DC other stakeholder regarding DRH implementation at Upazila and District level.Arrange oriantation program for the organizers, Head teachers, PTA and SMC chairman at beginning of the program.Visit each Institution motivating and supporting organizer in book lending and other activitics and discuss with Head of institution & other teachers about the progress of the program.Distribution of award books, program books, program materials, question papers with support the USEO.Prepare program inspection and organizers.Liaisons Districts Education Officer, Upazila Education Officer, UNO and others.Arrange Upazila Workshops for the Head of Institutions and Organizers with support of USEO.Ensure timely distribution of books and materials.
