Reporting all measures required for controlling the project cost and time over runs. Review and approval of construction programme of sub-contractors, preparing the construction methodology based on IS codes guidelines and get approval from consultants / Clients. Bid evaluation / submission of tender documents. Monitoring the execution and progress of the project as per completion targeted dates and accordingly to Technical Specification, IRC & IS specification.

PROJECT:-Independent Engineering Services for 4- laning of Lucknow-Raibareily section of NH-24B from km.12.700 to 82.700 on Design Build Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Annuity Basis under NHDP Phase-IVA in the state of Uttar Pradesh. • As Assitt. Highway Engineer, was responsible for construction supervision, checking of alignment & layout of road as per MoRT&H specification, checking of field density testing of embankment, sub-grade, sub-base, wet mix macadam (WMM) and DBM at site, testing of highway materials. Maintaining a record set of working drawings for the Highway. Maintain records pertaining to the Highways. Measurements of completed works. Verification of contractor’s monthly estimates of the completed works and assisting the TL in preparation of Interim Certificates. Preparing Monthly Progress Reports. Any other relevant tasks as identified and assigned by Team Leader.

o Lucknow-Muzzafarpur National Highways Project (LMNHP-EW II-WB1). Four Lanning and strengthening of NH-28, Package1 (World Bank aided), Client : NHAIResponsibilities:To supervise the construction of rigid / flexible pavement. Construction of rigid pavement PQC with latest technique by using concrete slip form Paver ‘WIRTGEN’. Monitoring of laying operation with controlling and checking mix design with close co-ordination with Contractor’s expert to effectively control the quality execution in site for Bituminous mixes (DBM, BC), Non-Bituminous mixes (GSB, DC, WMM). Examining the claims of the contractor, variation orders, checking the pay line cross section levels and quantity measurements, preparing the project reports for monthly, weekly / daily as per the project requirement. Reporting RE / HE in day to day work. Apart from above I was also involved in supervision & construction of RE wall facia panel and erection including backfilling and for other structural work also like Underpass, ROB, Bridges and Culverts, etc.
