I hold a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication from SRM University, Chennai and have 10 years of experience.I started with working as an Erection and Commissioning Engineer in Paper Industry. I also got opportunity to work as a service engineer in Honeywell Automation India Ltd.Currently, I am working in a Pilot and Project Support for SPPA-T3000 in Siemens. My experience includes but is not limited to: support to global customers (from more than 3000 sites) for various issues related to the product, Remote Site Technical Support, Problem Analysis and Problem Solving, Application and requirement analysis, Process improvement and documentation, Plant scenario test execution & maintenance.On personal behalf, I'm very flexible, work orientated, determined, committed and motivated. I always look forward to take up new challenges, initiatives. My eye for details, good analytical skills and effective communication is the key to success for me during this career.
