role and responsibilities:1. Operating and maintaining milk of lime plant equipment such as centrifugal pump, slaker, classifiers, bucket elevator, conveyor belt, screws feeder, valve, agitator.2. Monitoring and controlling the lime slaking and milk of lime production process to ensure proper chemical reaction and product quality.3. Adjusting process parameter such as temperature, water and steam flow rate as needed to maintain optimal process condition.4. Performing routine maintenance task such as cleaning, lubrication and equipment inspection to ensure plant reliability and prevent breakdown. 5. Troubleshooting process issues and taking corrective action to minimize downtime and product quality issue.6. Maintaining accurate production and process design data log and reporting any deviation or abnormalities to shift incharge7. Following all safety procedures and guidelines including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to lockout and tagout procedure.8. Participation in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives such as hazard analysis and root cause investigation.
