Primary work areas and experience gained:-Performance of Journal entry analysis to control financial statement level Risk and fraud risk by performing Substantive and other procedures.-Understanding of clients business and its process related to General Ledger, Revenue and Receivables, Fixed Assets, Purchase and Payables and Human Resource.-Improvement including review and mapping of narratives, flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrix.-Business Process Mapping and Report testing Risk Assessment and Controls Reviews (Automated and Manual).-Information Technology General Control audit and testing based on extent of controls as per PCAOB audit.-Reporting testing of Standard SAP tables, Infrastructure and Physical environment audit and System audit.

Worked for Chartered accountant firm, Individual and Private companies in the areas of management consulting, account and finance, internal audit, MIS, Client Advisory, internal audit, networking business. Suggesting clients with business development and improvements in business process and how to Overcome control deficiencies.

Responsibilities - Part of KPMG Advisory services- Process and project related advisory in the areas of Quality & risk assurance- Quality Assurance review part of Internal Audit Framework for a telecom major and SOX control testing- Actively involved in business development and knowledge management activities for the team- Performing roles under FGT service line (Finance Governance Technologies).

I was responsible for following activities :-Finalization of financial statements, managing the funding company funding and area of finance controls.I was responsible for MIS reporting and ad-hoc management reporting, accounting, preparation & finalization of financial statements. Also managing the following key activities:-Handled Internal Audit, Financial Risk control and business processes areas.-Liaising with the external auditors and banking department; and to coordinate on submission of documents to relevant authorities within the deadlines.-Preparing of various MIS reports, reconciliation of budgets vs actuals, calculating Ratio- Analysis; assisting management for better business control.
