Working onsite at ITPCL Site, Thermal Power Plant (2 x 600 MW), Parangipettai, Tamil Nadu, India► Preparing bar chart for major works► Planning and scheduling work plans to achieve daily targets► Monitoring the bearing and lubrication status in all equipment► Maintaining document registers of client and internal document► Conducting tool box meeting and manpower allotment for all location to schedule work► Arranging equipment and material for work location► Checking Flap Gate conditioning monthly PM► Ensuring compliance of Occupational Health & Safety Act at the work location► Maintenance of the equipment stacker cum reclaimer, service water line, water sprinklers, and fire hydrant monitors► Accountable for the maintenance of existing facilities and equipment► Ensuring all employees are fully trained and that all employee skills are updated as per ISO standards► Executing the planned Preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs► Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for planned maintenance activities► Adhering to code of conduct, regulations, and governmental agency and company directives as relates to plant breakdown operations► Handling coal plant equipments such as conveyor belt, ILMS, Gear box, scoop & fluid coupling, Apron feeder, air compressor, dust extractor, EOT Hoist, dust separation, sump pump, sluice pump and plough unloader► Coordinating with the client, consultant, suppliers and sub-vendors/contractor
