 Responsible for the Product development ,communicating with customer product technologists for the requirements and co ordinate with factory to make the right development  Attend Fit secession with Customer Product technologists ,guiding/advising factory to make corrective action , like pattern correction,Garment construction etc….. Analyze Customer Comments and Explaining ,guiding the Factory ‘s to make corrective action  Pre Production Meeting with Factory’s to make better understanding on the customer /Style requirements to follow and also advise preventive action to take on the process before start bulk production . Successfully Setup inhouse Testing Laboratory with all maximum utilize equipment’s to make test on each order fabric /Trims to ensure meet the customer requirements  Analyze /advise approval on the Fabric / trims test report and give technical advise if anything required to improve. Analyze/Audit new Factory’s capable of product execution and quality before placing the order
